Music at Illinois Initiative

The School of Music at the University of Illinois has launched a special initiative to connect you with opportunities to leave a lasting mark. We are excited to share with our alumni and friends a range of options in which you may permanently connect your name—or that of someone you wish to honor—in perpetuity with the school.

Your Gift’s Impact

Gifts to the Music at Illinois fund allow the greatest flexibility in meeting the school’s most pressing needs. With you, we can:

  • Ensure greater access for talented emerging musicians to enroll at Illinois
  • Provide critical resources for faculty in teaching, research, and recruitment
  • Fund life-changing programs and experiences: guest lectures, student travel to academic conferences and events, and support for music ensembles in their performances on and off campus

Music Building Naming Opportunities

Gifts of $500 or monthly recurring donations of $50 and above to the Music at Illinois fund qualify for a naming opportunity within the Music Building. Your support helps students realize their potential as future leaders in performance, education, and research.
