The Wheaton Municipal Band celebrated the legacy of the University of Illinois Bands this past summer in concerts featuring student Poorna Kumar (BM, 2025), former Associate Professor of Trombone Douglas Yeo, Director of Bands Kevin Geraldi, Associate Director of Bands Emeritus Gary E.
